So I didn't even know this was at this location. The place was clean. The staff was extremely friendly, pleasant, and helpful. The chicken was fresh .....and we could tell fried in clean oil and not salty.

Unusually helpful and courteous staff. More than competent and add to that - fast accurate service - with a smile. Super clean, indoor seating ( with Xfinity wifi Hotspot) always available.

It is so good that it is bad! I do love my chicken from Popeye's! I usually get Spicy Boneless Chicken Strips with either mashed potatoes/gravy, beans, or rice. Biscuts are crispy, flaky with a salty butter flavor. Dipping sauce not required but Sweet Heat is a tasty treat. If you have the time, wait for a fresh batch of chicken it is worth it. I try to only eat Popeye's when I'm on special road trips otherwise I might wind up with a popped belly. Lol I wish packaging was more ecofriendly.

I recently had an outstanding experience at Popeyes. The staff's professionalism and attentiveness stood out, making my visit enjoyable. The chicken was incredibly fresh, and even when a customer seemed displeased, they handled the situation gracefully, returning the money with a smile. The manager's exceptional leadership was evident, and in my opinion, Popeyes truly deserves praise without any negative reviews.

Since April this year, this is my 3rd time stopping by at this particular POPEYES at James Cooper Travel Plaza Service Area at NJ Tpke. Why? Because their fried chicken is always came out from fryer as fresh and delicious!! In addition, their staff is so friendly and attentive. Thank crew who work at this Popeyes for making my road trip as enjoyable as possible.
